I found that myself. The next recipe I made was a Martha Stewart coffee cakes recipe & I thought it was fine, probably because coffee cakes are naturally a bit drier anyway. My red velvets weren't so much dry as bouncy, if that makes sense? Next time I'll add a little oil to the recipe & see if it helps. They are a little bit dry, Dawn. I found that myself.
