It takes some getting used to for sure. But I love it.. I feel like I’m doing surgery on baked goods when using it.

Hi Rita.. I think it would be too light. I’d stick with a stout, or even a porter? Hope that helps.

Hehe, my mom had one of those icing syringes! It was metal and kind of hard to work with, but using it while growing up has given me a nice steady hand when it comes to using a piping bag or cornet at work.

Yes I’m going to be working on that this month. April the latest. I have to figure out how I’m going to do it exactly. But it will be done! I’m thinking two parts, one for frosting with a tip and one for frosting without. And I was also asked (I think by you) to do one for actually making the frosting… so I have some things to figure out. But it’ll definitely be done!

Yum indeed! These are splendid. Using the drink stirrers as cupcake toppers is a great idea!! I can’t wait for your frosting tutorial so my cupcakes can look half as good as yours.
