Does anyone notice anything similar between my logo (see top of page) and this Hot Topic bag?

In case you don’t see it: cupcake, and a needle in the frosting. Hm. Now, I don’t flatter myself that anyone who designs tote bags would rip me off… but come on now. This is Hot Topic we’re talking about. Its not exactly Christian Dior. And Jeffree Star- well. I’m not a fan but I know he uses cupcakes a lot in his stuff, and syringes. But this just struck me as weird. Its really really similar. No pun intended, but its in the same exact vein as my logo.

What came first, Cupcake Rehab logo or Jeffree Star tote bag?
