Exactly 10 years ago yesterday was one of the most frightening days of my life. I was in New York City that morning, and was on the first train that was back up & running out of Penn Station later that afternoon, and it was a day I’ll not only never forget, but a day that remembering will always give me chills. I have already posted some of my photos from my visit to the 9/11 Museum. Today just so happens to be the 4 year anniversary of this blog as well.
But it isn’t about me, or Cupcake Rehab. Today is Military Monday. However this week, I am not going to list any names. I’m just posting that photo in hopes that everyone take a moment to remember not only those in our military, but those in our police forces, fire departments, and all those who keep you safe on a daily basis and who would lay down their lives for you at any given moment… and those who already have, including brave civilians.
