As anyone who knows me & has a brain knows… Halloween is my favorite holiday. Yes, I love Christmas, too. I’m in no way a Grinch or Ebenezer. HOWEVER.. Halloween is the coolest mothaf’n holiday evAAARR. Any holiday where black is the predominant color and witches & ghosts & black cats prevail; I’m all about it. Plus, autumn is the best season.. though you wouldn’t know it from the 80° weather in NY. Bleh. Anyway… I love it. So therefore… you KNOW my cupcakes are gonna have a Halloween theme. Heres a test batch of my Spiderweb cakes with vintage Halloween postcard toppers:
I think they’re awesome. 
They’re plain vanilla, with vanilla buttercream and black food coloring gel spiderwebs.
