Yep. Today I’m going to be giving away a TON of crackers from Milton’s Craft Bakers, but first, I’m going to give you an easy recipe idea. A really, really easy dip recipe for any party, football game- or even just for movie night!

Baked ricotta dip with mozzarella, garlic, olive oil & basil. Goes great with Milton's Craft Bakers gourmet crackers!

I love dip. I love any kind of dip; hot, cold, room temperature, cheese, onion, vegetable, sweet, salty, creamy, tangy, savory, etc. And I love any kind of vehicle to eat aforementioned dip. I’m a snack person. I can make a meal out of snack foods. But crackers? I looooove crackers. I love crackers with 5 o’s, that’s how much I love them. I eat crackers plain. I eat ’em with cheese. I eat ’em with dip… and this hot baked ricotta dip is just the thing.

It’s easy to make, bakes up quick and you can make it in as large or small a batch as you need!

HOT BAKED RICOTTA DIP

Can be halved, doubled or tripled based on amount of people you will be serving

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups ricotta
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • dried or fresh basil to sprinkle on top

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400° F.
  2. Mix the ricotta, 1/2 cup mozzarella, the minced garlic & one tablespoon of olive oil in a bowl until combined.
  3. Spoon it into the dish you’ll be baking it in (or, like I did, use a few small oven-safe Le Creuset cocottes). Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese, olive oil & then basil on top.
  4. Bake for 15-25 minutes, or until it’s bubbly and beginning to brown.
  5. Remove from oven and serve right away with some Milton’s Craft Bakers gourmet crackers!

Okay, now let’s talk about- and give away a bunch of- these crackers!

Milton's Craft Bakers Gourmet cracker giveaway!

The Milton’s Craft Baker’s Gourmet crackers are big- a perfect size for dips, or even spreads. These gourmet crackers are much larger than the snack crackers that I talked about back in September. They’re all multi-grain, except for the sea salt variety, which is great. They are all natural, contain no preservatives, zero grams trans fat & NEVER have any high-fructose corn syrup.

Like I said last time, Milton’s has a history of making good food with good ingredients. Since 1995 they’ve been offering real, wholesome food products with real ingredients.

In this giveaway, you’ll be getting one box of each of the above varieties of GOURMET crackers, as follows:

The giveaway will last from now until 11:59 p.m. EST on January 24th. It’s a short, 4-day giveaway so that the winner can (hopefully) enjoy their crackers for the Superbowl XLVIII on February 2nd, should they choose to.

  1. I’m lookingforward to trying the garlic and herb crackers with dip which is my favorite way to eat crackers.

  2. I’m a cheese fanatic, I love almost any kind of cheese. I like to take some crackers and lay them out on a baking sheet. Put some good cheese on them and broil them for about a minute to get the cheese all nice and gooey and maybe a little brown and bubbly. Sometimes I will add fruit or pesto on top after the cheese is melted.

  3. My good friend makes amazing wine and fruit jelly’s so I’d love to pile some on top of the crispy multigrain!!!! Or just eat the garlic one as is 🙂

  4. I would love to try the everything flavor and I would eat them with the veggie cream cheese that I use on my everything, bagel! :). I would also eat them plain… Following on f.b.

  5. Yay crackers! I am mostly about crackers and cheese, so this dip looks pretty fantastic to me. 🙂 But you also can’t beat a good soup or stew with a stack of crackers on the side! I am most excited about the garlic herb flavor–perfect with goat cheese, right? Thanks for the giveaway opportunity!

  6. Thank you for the great recipe!. I hope to try it with Miltons Crispy Sea Salt Crackers. I like to eat crackers with canned or fresh crabmeat, mixed with mayo, chopped onion, and fresh chopped celery….yum

  7. My favorite way to est crackers is with horseradish cheese spread, my spinach artichoke dip, or my smoked salmon spread.

I am really looking forward to the garlic herb flavor.

  8. I’m looking to to try the crispy sea salt crackers. I love all kinds of dips with crackers but also include them as a great crust when i bake chicken.

  9. I most want to try the roasted garlic and herb cracker …and my favorite way to eat them is with a warm italian sausage/cheese dip, with olive salad on top.

  10. I like my crackers plain with an Ice cold glass of Coca Cola! Really looking forward to try the roasted herb and garlic multi grain!
